Hebrews 9:1-2

- I will put my laws into their minds
- I will write them on their hearts
- I will be their God
- They will be my people
- Help is only a prayer away!!
- Tent/Tabernacle of God (First/Old Covenant)
- Construction (Exodus 35-36)

- Weaknesses of this earthly tabernacle.
- It would wear out.
- It was limited to the Israelite people.
- It was limited by geography.
- Inside the Tabernacle. (Hebrews 9:2-3, Exodus 25-26)
- The first place is the Holy Place.
- The second place is called the Most Holy/Holy of Holies.
- Inside of the Holy place. Shadows of things to come! (Heb. 8:5)
- Lampstand/Candlestick/Menorah
- Nation of Israel was supposed to be a light to the nations. (Isaiah 42:6,49:6)
- Christ is the light of the world. (John 8:12)
- Lampstand/Candlestick/Menorah
- Believers today are to shine as lights to the world. (Phil. 2:14-15, Matt. 5:14-16)
- Are you letting your light shine?
- Is Christ in you evident to others?
- Is Christ in you making a real difference in how you live?
- Is Christ in you illuminating the re around you?
- Is Christ in you dispelling any darkness out of you?
- Is Christ in you setting an example for your family, co-worker, grocery store checker, banker, cpa etc….?
